At Space Coast Outfitters, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please email us at captnatesims@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• A brief reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we get your gear ready to ship.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
