Meet Our Guides
Captain Nate Sims
Founder and owner of Space Coast Outfitters, Captain Nate Sims has been a life long outdoor enthusiast, kayaker, and fly fisherman. His passion for the water has translated into his work and helping others encounter the extraordinary wonders of nature and wildlife around us. Captain Nate has worked in photography, video, and media over the last 20 years, traveling to over 40 countries, and filming for companies such as Bass Pro Shops, Yamaha Motors, B.A.S.S. and more. During this time he became a certified Coast Guard Captain and established SPCO taking his love to bring people and nature together one step farther. With more than years of experience on Florida's waterways, Captain Nate is dedicated to providing you with a safe and unforgettable adventure. He's an expert in all things kayaking, fishing, and Florida, and he can't wait for you to join him on the next big adventure!
Ethan Sims
We believe that kayaking is one of the best ways to learn about wildlife while enjoying Florida's natural beauty. As an avid kayaker at heart, Ethan brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to each tour. He has traveled the country kayaking rivers, hiking, and wilderness camping but finds Florida to be the best place to experience wildlife and nature up close. Ethan also has over a decade of experience working with kids and strives make sure every tour is fun, engaging and educational. He is a craftsman and a connoisseur of coffee starting his own roasting business in 2022. Ethan will be sure to have a hot brew ready for you after watching the sun rise or sunset on Floridas beautiful water ways !

Destinations
Payment is due at the time of scheduling via Credit Card.
- You will not be charged for trips canceled by Florida Fish and Kayak.
- You must cancel your trip 48 hours prior to booking by phone.
- You will be charged for the full of amount of participants booked in the event of no show.
- We will not launch in inclement or threatening weather.
- We reserve the right to change or cancel any tours due to circumstances beyond our control. We will refund the tour price, not any other expenses that may have been incurred.
At Florida Fish and Kayak, we offer an amazing experience for those who love nature and adventure. We take pride in providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests, which means that we do not permit alcohol or illegal substances on our tours. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person that do not follow this policy. Our kayaking tours are suitable for individuals, families, and groups, and we welcome adventurers from age 5 and up. Children under the age of 7 must wear a life jacket at all times. We cannot guarantee sightings of wildlife or nature, but we can guarantee we will work hard to bring you an unforgettable experience that you'll want to relive again and again.
